Seek.ai offers digital utilities designed to assist users in building resumes, generating cover letters, tracking application status, and automatically pre-filling job application web forms via browser extensions. We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue features at any time.
User Conduct & Content Accuracy
You are responsible for ensuring that all information stored in your Seek.ai account (resumes, work history, contact details) is truthful and accurate. You must review all AI-generated content and filled form fields before submitting job applications to employers.
Limitation of Liability & Disclaimer of Warranties
a. "AS IS" Provision:Seek.ai is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
b. Zero Employer Warranties: We make no representations or guarantees regarding job placement, interview callbacks, employer responses, or application acceptance rates.
c. No Liability for Misrepresentation or Rejection: Seek.ai bears zero legal responsibility or financial liability for any inaccurate information submitted to third-party employers, application rejections, employment disputes, or browser extension incompatibilities with external websites.
Intellectual Property
All platform branding, code, extension logic, UI design, logos, and proprietary algorithms are owned exclusively by Seek.ai. You retain full ownership of your personal content and resume details.
Account Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate our terms, engage in automated abuse, or attempt unauthorized reverse-engineering of our API endpoints.
